Payment and Policies
· Payment
Since we do no billing, we appreciate full payment on the day of the cleaning. Please, leave your check on the kitchen counter or table. A $50.00 fee applies to all returned checks. If you would rather pay using your credit card you can make these arrangements when setting up your appointment.

· Schedule Change
Should you need to change your schedule, we would appreciate it if you let us know at least 48 hrs. prior to the scheduled cleaning day. We work hard to make sure we allow the time necessary for your team to service your home. If we receive less notice than requested or if upon arrival we cannot gain entry to your home, you may be charged a service fee to cover expenses.

· Inclement Weather
Ruthie’s Maids will provide limited, delayed, or no service during incidents of inclement weather. We will not provide service during extreme snow, rain, ice, or tornado-like weather . Limited or delayed service may occur in extreme thunderstoms, in dangerously cold or hot conditions, and in any city or state-declared weather emergency. All visits during a period of inclement weather will be on an hourly advisory status depending on the driving conditions.
· Refunds
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with our Company. Please see our 24-hour guarantee if you are dissatisfied with your cleaning. There are no refunds for gift certificate purchases.
· Ruthie’s Maids is not a "Domestic Agency"
Please keep in mind that Ruthie’s Maids is not a domestic employment agency. Should you wish to hire a present or past Ruthie’s Maids staff member for any home-related service outside of your cleaning agreement with our Company, our fee is $2,900. This fee is due within 30 days of notification from Ruthie’s Maids. If the fee is not paid, Ruthie’s Maids reserves the right to pursue other methods of collection.

· Satisfaction Guaranteed!
It is our goal to make sure you are satisfied with quality of service you have received. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please feel free to call or e-mail our office staff to discuss your concerns at any time. However, we do need to be aware of any problems within 24 hours following to the cleaning to honor our satisfaction guarantee. We also appreciate passing along any compliments you may have about our service to your team.
